As a production internal audit specialist, responsible for:- Independently evaluate the business process effectiveness, quality control management, and risk assessment according to the respective business area (production, maintenance, capital expenditure (CAPEX), quality control, etc) based on the annual internal audit plan and ad-hoc audits requested by stakeholder (shareholder, board, or mill’s top management).- Identify the issues/gaps/findings, benchmark to the best practice among internal mills or even external mills for similar processes, and analyze the exact & precise root cause for each issue found.- Prepare the S.M.A.R.T action plan recommendations by reviewing and considering historical occurrences, discussing with the auditee and reliable sources, and it will be stated in the internal audit report.- Periodically monitor and follow through the implementation of S.M.A.R.T actions resulted in cost savings, business continuity, foundation, or any red flag identified.Scope of work: pulp, paper, and tissue making process, including the converting machines and other supporting plants such as chemical plant, power plant, water and effluent treatment plant, etc.
