As an Emergency Response Professional with over (10) years experience, I have dedicated my career to providing patients, Families, Stakeholders/Management the upmost professional and compassionate care in times of need. My Roles in Fire Fighting/Fire Captain & Paramedic have given me a plethora of skills which would be transferable into many different roles in the public safety realm. Of these skills is providing excellence client services to to both patients, families, internal/external clients and as well to the general public. These roles have given me the opportunity to not only work independently but in a collaborative team environment, where I effectively achieved goals in a fast-paced, stressful environment, while following objectives, policies and procedures.
