My entire life I have loved building relationships, uplifting others, and organizing/ simplifying anything! When I was in middle school, my family moved with my father’s job at John Deere to Germany, where I was blessed to experience a new culture, learn a new language, expand my perspective of the world, and realize the value of diversity. I returned to the United States to attend Iowa State University and after graduation, I made central Iowa my home and community until moving to Denver, Colorado in 2022! Over the past 18 years I have led several teams in Mortgage Retail, Servicing, and Enterprise Customer Excellence; progressively moving to new areas where I have been able to make meaningful impact by improving teamwork, transforming culture, optimizing processes, and elevating overall performance. As a leader, I am most passionate about inspiring others to find their purpose, realize their strengths, and feel valued. I believe leadership starts with relationship building, communication, and creating an inclusive, safe space that encourages collaboration and transparency. I care deeply about the team and the customer – keeping them at the forefront of every business decision and action. I am skilled at setting a clear vision, developing a business strategy to increase efficiency, mitigating risk and ensuring follow through to meet/ exceed key performance metrics. During my career, I have successfully led global cross-functional teams, multiple large-scale customer remediation projects, and industry leading process centralization and transformation efforts. I am experienced in introducing innovation through technology automation and process simplification. I have a longstanding commitment to volunteering, mentoring, serving on boards and leading committees to support multiple non-profit organizations.
