Spearheaded all recruiting efforts for the Army Swim & Dive program by: -Leading our staff in monthly phone calls to new and pre-existing recruits; -Maintaining connections to our top prospects through weekly phone calls, zoom meetings, and travel to club practices and meets;-Managing all recruiting databases and software; and-Planning and overseeing all aspects of our top prospects' visits to campus.In addition to the implementation of traditional tactics, I also used this role to seek out new and innovative ways to engage prospects, such as conducting virtual game nights between current team members and recruits as well as disseminating weekly installments of The Army Swim & Dive Virtual Tour Series to our best prospects. As a result, I procured the most talented group of incoming freshmen to date for the Classes of 2022 and 2023.

In this role, I learned how to recruit internationally by utilizing Skype, WhatsApp, and Instagram and how to perform virtual visits for geographically-distant prospects.

Executed all recruiting strategies for the UConn Swim & Dive team while implementing power-based swim training for the sprint group. In my day to day, I managed all recruiting databases, planned each prospect visit to campus, delegated the weekly call lists of each coach, and conducted face-to-face contacts with top prospects at club practices/national level swim meets. As a result, UConn Swim & Dive signed 33 prospects between the Classes of 2018 and 2019, all of whom could score and contribute to the team immediately.

Balanced 40-60 hour work weeks as an assistant coach for Gardner-Webb Swimming while studying to achieve my masters in Sports Pedagogy. My impact on the team resulted in the highest CCSA Championship finishes in six years with a 2nd place finish for our men's team and a 3rd place victory for the women, GWU's first ever male NCAA participant and Elite 90 Award winner, and the largest social media presence the team had achieved to date.
