As a Global Client Manager, I oversee the management of global hardware, software procurement, and IT services for multiple client accounts. My role involves driving revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services, as well as identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within existing accounts.I’m responsible for strategic sales planning and implementation, conducting price benchmarking exercises, and preparing feasibility reports to win competitive deals. By developing strong relationships with key channel partners and conducting regular business reviews with clients, I ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.In addition, I play a pivotal role in closing deals and managing the transition of clients into the implementation phase. I also develop Process Flows, Service Operations Guides (SOG), and Cheat Sheets to streamline sales operations and improve team efficiency. Alongside these responsibilities, I oversee business development management and day-to-day account operations to deliver consistent success.
