CurrentSuccessfully manage the Washington, DC satellite office for the non-profit Catholic organization with a mission to bring Catholic teachings/instruction to an array of individuals. • Oversee and update website content for six sites, coordinating promotional content with other departments based on current events, and significantly increasing site visitors.• Identify and correct website errors, making recommendations for overall improvements.• Organize an annual event with approximately 1K attendees, overseeing a $15K budget and obtaining sponsors in addition to coordinating with other organizations for planning efficiency, locating co-sponsors, preparing the program and selecting/securing speakers.• Prepare radio spots and schedules for six radio stations to air daily.• Author, schedule and disseminate daily emails and facsimile broadcasts to supporters, leaders, churches and dioceses on multiple topics.• Anticipate and plan for upcoming topics, making recommendations to the national director.• Select content and photographs for the bi-monthly newsletter and a travelogue sent to donors.• Deliver timely updates for monthly mailings to high-worth donors.• Collect, manage, archive and process data utilizing MS Access, and acquire, distribute and archive organizational documentation on the network and within databases for staff use and historical records. • Routinely attend conferences and network at meetings with elected officials and associated staff, and deliver services at conference information booths.• Identify and correct online store errors, recommending changes for heightened efficiency.• Write procedures for various job duties for inclusion in the staff procedures manual.
