I leveraged human-centered design methodologies for the development, testing, and piloting of decision-making tools for the CAPACITI framework to help low-middle income countries prioritize the investment and adoption of health technologies.In this role, I built the v2 of the TSE decision support tool and supported the deployment in 7 countries across Africa and Asia.

As a Senior Associate technical product manager, I led engagement product development and roll-out engagement with internal and external stakeholders such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Centre for Disease Control, and Nigeria Centre for Disease Control. Some highlights of this role include: - Development of the Data Portal for the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control to house public datasets for research and publication. This was deployed at the National HQ and used by officers nationally- Developed data visualization assets and dashboards to monitor relevant metrics and indicators for actionable insights using tools like Tableau, Redash, Metabase, and Kibana.- Led data management for Nigeria Centre for Disease Control - Incidence Coordination Centre (NCDC-ICC) during public health disease outbreaks such as MonkeyPox, Cerebrospinal Meningitis, Lassa Fever, etc.- Developed a model to identify the hotspots for cholera in Nigeria which informed outbreak response during the 2018 cholera outbreak.- Developed advanced data processing, transformation, and integration workflows using various ETL tools such as FME, Talend, and Exasol.- Work with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards such as OGC Geopackage, WFS, WPS, WMS, CDB, STAC, etc. for geospatial data management.

My work in this role required me to function as a technical lead on specific projects such as Cerebrospinal Meningitis (CSM) outbreak support, Nigeria Microcensus to support Polio Eradication, Monkey pox outbreak support and Microcensus and Mapping of DRC towards the elimination of Human African Trypanosomiasis (HAT). On these projects I led the data management, processing and analytics tasks. Key Activities: - Supported the development of a full stack open source GIS data architecture - Testing on all enhancements and new software releases and providing support to all GIS applications at all times. - Creates, maintains, and conducts Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of software solutions and data. - Develops technical frameworks for collection, storage, maintenance and publishing of data relevant to eHA’s Projects.

 Co Managed and technically led microcensus campaign activities across 11 states in Nigeria to support polio Eradication and Public Health Strengthening in Nigeria.  Performs spatial analyses and creates information products from GIS and related software &subsystems. Perform tests on all enhancements and new releases and provide support to all GISapplications at all times. Creates, maintains, and conducts Quality Assurance/Quality Control(QA/QC) of geographic data sets using a variety of software and source data. Assists in the collection, storage, maintenance and dissemination of data relevant to eHA’s Projects. Supply Chain Management and Optimization for Vaccine Direct Delivery with focus to reduce costs and stock puts while optimizing effectiveness and service delivery. Provides support for GIS data conversion, systems integration and application’s development and implementation. Creates final map products using a variety of GIS software for various departments for eHA projects and/or reports namely. Conducts Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying and data post-processing for GIS database development efforts. Utilizes Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of certain variables in a given geographic location. Provides support in theimplementation and maintenance of various geographic information systems applications. Assists with designing and implementing training plans. Provides support and training on variousaspects of GIS software, database creation and use. Coordinates GIS activities with programmersand technicians. Responsible for updating, maintaining mapping standards and work processes. Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with the use of GIS and any related software problems.Conducts complex analysis using ArcGIS in a variety of projects. Recommends appropriate reactionary strategies in response to GIS analysis. Manages and maintains data and other technical documentation.

In this time, I proof read two technical textbooks which were released timely.Tested and provided suggestions to improve all source codes referenced in the textbooks.Performed content accuracy assessment for every chapter reviewed.

Nigeria Open Data Access (www.opendata.com.ng) is an open data start-up with the cause of making data open to the public. With this goal, we worked on developing the largest data portal and repository in Africa.
