Woodland Park Zoo's mission is to save wildlife and inspire everyone to make conservation a priority in their lives.In support of this incredible work, I lead the major and planned giving programs, which are essential to carrying out the zoo's mission, while also playing a significant role in the strategy and implementation of the organization's $110M comprehensive campaign.

Led the major gift fundraising efforts for autism, The Sports Institute, and Alzheimer's Disease within the Neurosciences team at UW Medicine. Worked collaboratively with faculty and leadership in the philanthropic process to build relationships, engaged community members interested in making an impact, drove awareness and raised major gifts.Invited to join the inaugural team on the new, campus-wide Development Advisory Work Group (DAWG) in 2021, tasked with providing strategic advice and support to UW leadership on major issues, such as culture improvement, commitment to DEI and anti-racism, and how UW can evolve their fundraising model to be more inclusive.

Led SDSU’s Regional Fundraising Program team of 11 and the Fowler College of Business Fundraising Program team of 5. Led campus cross-functional coordination for the regional program with all of the campus partners, including: athletics, student affairs, enrollment, marketing and communications, office of the President and the academic colleges to set college and department fundraising goals and budgets.

Led development and strategy efforts of SDSU's Regional Development Program. Strategically leading, 11 regional development professionals, building the Aztec Network across the nation. With eight regions in seven states, we worked collaboratively across campus to build positive relationships with campus leaders. - Created programmatic best practices and drove strategy across the regional team in unision with SDSU's strategic Campaign plan- Fostered and developed meaningful relationships with alumni from across the university, reconnecting them to their alma mater through impactful opportunities on, and off campus- Lead development liaison for the Pacific Northwest region, working closely with alumni leaders in Washington and Oregon.

I worked with Aztecs in the San Diego, Los Angeles and the Pacific Northwest regions to build meaningful and impactful relationships with SDSU, while also helping to establish lifelong relationships with the university to support students, faculty and programs. Led local and regional development activities for US and Canadian West Coast regions for the Center for Management of Enterprise in Media, Entertainment and Sports, developing and driving outreach and fundraising strategies.

Responsible for identifying major and annual gift opportunities for alumni, corporations and foundations for the College of Business, College of Engineering, and Students Affairs.

Built pipeline of community awareness, potential donors, annual gift transition to major gifts by collaborating with the College Deans, VP of Student Affairs, and establishing volunteer boards to engage, cultivate and steward alumni.

Organized and implemented all fund raising activities for the organization. Established first annual playground rehabilitation event for seven child development centers and secured event funding and in-kind donations from multiple corporations.

Responsible for all ad placement for both online and print media for Arts & Activities Magazine.
