Not only have I worked hand-in-hand with Fortune 500 companies as a strategic partner; I've also embraced the agility a small company offers by taking on a variety of challenges, with the key focus of always making an impact, regardless of the ask. In my most recent role, I established Three Five Two's first People Experience practice, creating impactful programs and initiatives that resulted in increased employee engagement. Prior to that, I advised at an executive level with an operational lens, bringing efficiencies to the company through new frameworks and processes. Before that, I led the largest line of business (Digital Development), resulting in 100% of engagements delivered within budget.
