LewisThis is the credo I live by as I continue to move forward in my personal and professional life.I started in real estate part-time during the holiday season in customer services with Pyramid Management. Soon I was promoted to Customer Manager Supervisor, then receptionist for the company, and finally, recruited to join Westfield in 2015. I am proud of the loyalty I’ve demonstrated at Westfield, rising through the ranks from Sales Coordinator to Specialty Leasing Coordinator, where some examples of the results I’ve accomplished include:1. Reduced processing time by 50%.2. Maintain company standards and brand consistency for flagship location, setting a national example. 3. Closed 135 specialty leasing agreements in one year.I work with colleagues, clients, and vendors from coast to coast; I manage all administrative responsibilities, freeing up leasing agents to more effectively make and close leasing deals. I have become skilled at Excel, Salesforce, and DocuSign, drafting leases and handling all correspondence. I am always impressed with the time we save by utilizing automation; I have become proficient in technology and often provide IT support to my colleagues. I have earned a reputation for my hard work and dedication and am known as a collaborator—often sought out to resolve issues related to leasing agreements and accounting.Building honesty and loyalty are important values of mine; I do my best to show up as someone who can be counted on to go above and beyond the call of duty.I am a "fixer." If a colleague, vendor, or client has something that isn’t working—something complicated or that nobody wants to or knows how to fix—that’s when projects hit my desk. My longevity at Westfield has given me the understanding needed to complete the task.My goal thus far in my career has been to provide actionable solutions to companies so they can streamline processes, increase productivity, and remove roadblocks to be more efficient, increase leasing opportunities, and drive production capabilities. In my next position I’d like to leverage my experience to become an Operations Manager for Leasing where I can apply my expertise and passion to support the business goals of my future employer.
