Oversee the day-to-day activities of the internal Fund Accounting and Client Services teams, as well as oversight of the third party provider of fund accounting and transfer agency processing services. Consult with IT partners on all updates to the client facing portal, including sign off of requirements documents, UAT testing, release to production and smoke testing following production releases. Prepare annual financial statements and reporting, using FASB or GASB reporting guidelines, depending on the investment pool requirements. Lead contact for annual financial audits, as well as SSAE 18 SOC 1, Type 2 audits. Assist with completion of RFPs and participate in presentations for potential LGIP clients.
