Develop maintenance and refrigeration training for field locations. Provide assistance and support in PLC's. HMI. Robotics and safety training programs. Train by enhancing the skills competencies of maintenance and refrigeration mechanics.

Responsible for assembling documentation packages and producing power drawing sheet sets using X-refs, sheet set manager, layers, layer states and e-Transmit. Make sure drawings and other documents are put on the FTP site for bidding purposes. Update drawings and single line diagrams from As-Builts. Prepare drawings for USDA mandatory lock out tag out per plant. Work with process designers and other engineers to ensure proper voltage for equipment is being used. Implement control drawings and design into the power drawings for installation of equipment. Work with the controls group to provide available power sources (starters, VFDs, and panel boards) including network drops. Extensive knowledge in how equipment works from prior maintenance experience.

Responsible for evaluating and summarizing operations generated and internal engineering project information. Maintaining and validating information across multiple software. Performing application support functions such as problem solving, user training, and troubleshooting and providing accurate reporting of engineering activities, schedules and utilization. Sets up and closes projects in project management software, creates and maintains engineering historical documentation, and assists users with project related documentation and communication by field phone calls, e-mails, and web-generated inputs from operations and direct them to the appropriate engineering team. Reporting for the Engineers that involve using Access, Excel and SAP. Run purchasing reports, maintenance datapacks, and update the annual time report.

Assist with the troubleshooting and repair of all control systems component, including control panel wiring, hard-wiring devices, instrumentation, and I/O devices, controllers, and MMI (Man-Machine Interfaces). Coordinate with vendors and contractors as to insure the completion of sub-contracted projects as applied to the control systems. Possess the ability to take on responsibilities as an individual project leader and assist with the fabrication, installation, and start-up of a large control system including all control panels and I/O devices, controllers and MMI. Ability to conduct site surveys for future control systems. Responsible for all types of communication maintenance, RF, Modbus +, TCP/IP, fiber optic, and RIO. Familiar with Feed Mills, Waste Water, Refrigeration systems, Processing, and Rendering facilities. Calibrate ammonia detection systems, flow meters, pressure transmitters. Troubleshoot PLC’s using Unity, Concept, and RSLogix. Use SAP for ordering parts for a project.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components and answer line calls. Assisted in production of Little Debbie snack cakes. Set up and change over production lines to the new scheduled product which included packaging equipment and scales.

Responsibilities include calibration of scales, flow meters, vacuum gauges, RTD, pressure transmitters. Wire and unwire 3 phase motors. Troubleshoot using an amp meter, volt meter, and meggar. Troubleshoot motor starters, VFD, servo motors, and troubleshoot using RSLogix. Create and complete work orders and PM's using AS400. Answer maintenance calls when necessary.

Electrician/Mechanic. Responsibilities include wire and unwire 3 phase motors. Troubleshoot using schematics and Rslogix. Install VFD. Wire and install different types of photoeyes, familiar with fiber optics. Install servo motors and troubleshoot drives. Calibrate pressure transmitters, RTD, Loma Scan metal detectors, and weight scales. Training on Domino Ink Jet printers and Nordson Glue units. Create Workorders and PM's. General maintenance, replace chains, sprockets, bearings. ARC, MIG, and some TIG welding. Other responsibilities included set up of production lines for current shift production schedule, adjust timing of equipment if necessary, answer line maintenance calls and perform maintenance on equipment.
