My responsibilities include first of all listing to the customer to see what they are looking for. If they want on the river then I need to find just that. I want to give excellent PR services everyday and go above and beyond. I am always accessible by phone when they have a question or problem.

I love working with new customers to find that perfect dream home or lovely parcel of land. I love sharing our beautiful scenery with others who are not as fortunate to live in "Gods Country". I'm up to date on all of the new tools all agents use in order to find the perfect house. I'm very well advised when it comes to appraisals, home inspections, and building. At Remax I was managing real estate assistant and usually was the person who trained many agents. I love teaching what I know from being Rookie of the year and teaching others how to find clients, listen to what they want, and connect a buyer and seller together.

As an Action Appraisal Manager I was responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, billing, mailing, mailouts, typing up the appraisals, and coordinating with the appraiser and the bank or customer about the appraisal.

My responsibilities at Doss & Doss attorneys began as a receptionist but later ended in me being trained as a legal assistant. I was able to dictate what was recorded and type out to be read and studied by the attorney. Answer phones, type out commission checks, file away the files that closed. I was the right go to person for each attorney if anything was needed.
