I'm a seasoned marketing and customer experience leader with particular depth in hospitality, gaming, risk management and loyalty programs. I have routinely crafted strategies based on analytical insights, shepherded buy-in with executive leadership, and handled complex, unstructured challenges by turning ideas on a page into globally deployed customer-facing initiatives. Most recently, I launched a loyalty program for a national digital gaming company and built a global fraud and risk management team of 28 from scratch to drive top notch customer care and millions of dollars in cost savings. While these aims are seemingly different in nature, I have done what I love: collaborating with smart people to solve diverse, interesting business challenges.
