About Christa Molé

Current Postdoctoral Fellow at New England Biolabs in the RNA Research Division under Hong Chan’s research group (https://www.neb.com/research-labs/chan-lab).Recent Ph.D. graduate from the Chemistry Department at Boston University specializing in the biological area under Dr. Deborah Perlstein's research group (https://sites.bu.edu/perlstein/). I also served as president for Boston University Women in Chemistry (BUWIC) to support and inspire graduate students in our program (http://sites.bu.edu/buwic/). Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and minor in Sociology . While attending Quinnipiac, I interned at Lab Synergy located in Goshen, NY, where I was able to travel to Germany to study analytical sample preparations. I received the New Haven American Chemical Society’s Undergraduate Research Award for 2016. In my free time I worked on the executive board of Alpha Chi Omega and QU's Orientation Program.
