Checked in/out patients , performed drug screenings , scheduled all follow ups, requested medical records , answered the phone, maintain cleaning the waiting room and bathrooms, picked up lunch everyday , roomed patients back when needed

Checked in patients for there radiology appointments, collected any copays and balances, provided proper paperwork , scanned insurance cards , orders , etc

I ran the check in and check out . I scheduled radiology exams . Referred patients out to other providers this also included hospital referrals . Roomed patients back when needed . Assisted with the medical assistants in callbacks to the patients .

I had many roles at what is now known Health First. Prepped satellites , medical records , medics receptionist, and my last role was scheduling all the ultrasounds and providing preps.
