I am also responsible for assuring tape backups with Symantec Backup Exec and now have moved to external hard drives using BackUp Assist. Training staff and even assisting some students with new software and troubleshooting their issues has made for great experiences.

I was responsible for responding and managing the help desk ticketing system Track-It!. Imaging new desktop and laptops along with repairing older computer systems was a daily activity for me. It was very important to keep a professional and positive relationship with the 300+ clients I serviced. The City of Conroe was a great opportunity for me to expand my technical skills right out of college.
