Responsibilities: providing outstanding customer service to clients, answering phones, assisting clients on the live chat program on company website, assisting clients with ordering software, issuing reprints, responding to emails, contacting clients in regards to orders, and managing hold lists.

Responsibilities: overseeing day-to-day operations at five different locations throughout the park, supervising and training team photographers, strategically positioning photographers around park, setting goals for team members, monitoring shot count and sales to meet budgets, provide customer service, interviewing and hiring applicants, submitting nightly paperwork to corporate, photographing people at the park as well as concert meet and greets and special events, uploading photographs, ensuring equipment safety and site cleanliness, ensuring image quality by checking camera settings prior to shooting, troubleshooting and fixing equipment and system problems, and stocking and organizing equipment.

Assisting Sam Holden on shoots, scanning darkroom prints to computer, and helping Sam at his studio.

Photograph local events, concerts, interview bands, musicians, and artists, and assist the co-founders of the magazine at events.

Testing printers, helping students in lab, and inventorying equipment.

Assisting customers with the automatic picture maker, appropriate equipment and supplies, register sales, and stocking, answering phone and cleaning.
