𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦. I believe every human being deserves to be seen for who they are, and in our differences lies an opportunity for greater impact.Throughout my career, I have always followed my heart. After earning a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich, I worked at a senior level in consultancy & corporate communication for blue-chip companies including ABB, Novartis, and AXA/Winterthur.The turning point for me came during a meeting with Swiss and Poles, when I realized: They think they are negotiating, but they are just talking past each other. Long before it became popular, I knew that a more authentic and diverse world still held so much untapped potential.Inspired to dig deeper and understand how to leverage our cultural differences, I pursued advanced studies in intercultural communication at the ICI in Portland/OR, USA. I had the honor to be trained from the best in the field. My curiosity led me to test what I learned in different cultural contexts by working, living or, traveling abroad. In Papua among tribes, I discovered that we can still communicate perfectly well without even speaking the same language. 𝐀 𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬I incorporate this wealth of knowledge and experiences into my work. I love diving into different worlds and helping leaders from diverse industries have their a-ha moments. Through insight and practical application, they grow as individuals and create a ripple effect of better understanding and more effective collaboration.My greatest strength lies in quickly seeing where people are, bringing instant clarity to complex situations, and creatively bridging the differences.
