I also Oversee a $3MM departmental budget, track RAP (Reliability, Availability, and Performance) metrics, and provide continuous status reports to executive management. Key Achievements:- I eliminated redundancy across two API development teams, which improved coding throughput and slashed annual operating costs by 30%. - I established an engineering mentorship program that paired senior programmers with junior developers during their initial ramp-up.
