I develop SAQA accredited training materials for NICDAM, compile technical proposals for tenders and funding, and assist with technical research processes, project reports, etc. My areas of expertise are: NPO capacity building, Community Health and Social Development issues. I do the work via the internet and visit NICDAM in Pretoria at least once a year for a few weeks.

I managed projects in the health and social development fields for the organization. I also did learning programme development for informal training courses and mainly for SAQA qualifications and skills programmes in the mentioned fields.
