About Christel Décatoire

For me, work is a commitment to make the world a better place. This has been the common thread of my professional experience from developing greener ways of transporting goods to protecting human rights. Enlightened by organisational sociology 👩‍🎓📚, I today feel the responsibility of contributing to renew classical management and HR approaches and support the development of caring work environments, which I do through both my work and research. As an independent consultant at Oxalis 🍀, I help leaders and managers of organisations that have dreams for the world – mostly from the NGO and social economy sectors – to strengthen and structure their organizations and projects. I provide support in areas such as organization, strategy, project and team management, human resources and recruitment. As a Phd researcher in sociology, I explore organisations of the social economy and non-profit sectors and especially how employee departures impact work dynamics. I thrive in international environments and today, I split my work time between France 🇫🇷 and Denmark 🇩🇰 .
