As a Patient Navigator with Refresh Mental Health, I conduct initial patient assessments, schedule appointments and provide support to patients and families regarding insurance inquiries. Building on the foundational procedures of my previous position as a Benefits Specialist at Eugene Therapy, I provide administrative support to the clinical staff and clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information. I have a Bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I also worked as a Student Intern at the Graduate Admissions Office, assisting with the recruitment and enrollment of prospective graduate students. I have over four years of experience in administration and health insurance, and I am excited to add intake operations and client communication to my skills. I am proficient in Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), International Classification of Diseases (ICD), and multitasking. I enjoy working with a diverse and compassionate teams of healthcare professionals and I am passionate about helping people access quality health care and improving their well-being.
