• Programme acquisitions: Drafting and negotiating programme acquisition agreements for Disney channels ;• Programme Production: Providing legal support during the development and production of short form programming including drafting and negotiating the usual production contracts (i.e. co-production, line production, executive production, talent, format assignment, distribution);• Channel distribution: Working closely with the channel distribution team to ensure that the channels are operating in compliance with their channel distribution agreements;• Regulatory: Providing regulatory advice including, for example, access service obligations, European and French broadcast quota, French Production quotas and the CSA rules;• Marketing and Online: Drafting and negotiating various marketing and online services agreements and sponsorship agreements. Also, advising on prize promotions (including appropriate terms and conditions), user generated content and data protection.• Programme and music clearance: Ensuring that material used by the programming and marketing teams has been fully cleared. This includes liaising with the US legal team regarding US talent guild restrictions.
