o Establish and respect the closing schedules of all international subsidiaries in line with the Group's closing schedule o Supervise the production of reports of international subsidiaries on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis according to the IFRS framework and carry out the audit of the accounts in accordance with the Group's rules o Assist the local finance teams in the context of the statutory audit, in conjunction with the local auditorso Supervise tax returns for all the Group's subsidiaries o Define Group accounting policies and internal procedures to ensure effective and transparent financial management. o Oversee an international accounting team (22 people in 6 countries), including recruitment, training and evaluation of staffo Establish the Group's cash provisions and manage disbursements according to the forecasts communicated to shareholders.Specific projectso Choice and implementation of the various accounting and ERP toolso Active participation in due diligence, acquisitions and shareholder changes o Accounting integration following acquisitions – synergies of teams, processes and costs o Simplification of the legal organization chart - mergers or post-acquisition liquidations o Optimization of fixed and administrative costs and implementation of indicators in order to increase profitability o Drafting and implementation of accounting procedures, travel policy, purchasing processes and ensuring their proper execution o Active participation in the Group's IPO in July 2000 (restatement of consolidated financial statements according to USGAAP standards, implementation of procedures in order to be in compliance with the rules of the AMF and Nasdaq)
