The Institute for an Industrial Safety Culture (ICSI) is a non-profit association created in 2003. It is the result of a joint initiative from industry, local and regional authorities, researchers and universities who together aim to raise awareness among all actors in society of risks and safety issues.My work mainly consisted in :- Creating both print and electronic marketing materials- Managing webcontent of Icsi's website and creating monthly newsletters- Updating and animating social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)- Participating in the coordination of professional events => Les Rencontre de la sécurité industrielle (about 300 guests)

- Managed webcontent of Clinique Pasteur internet & intranet websites- Proposed an editorial strategy for the different social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) & social media updates- Worked on SEO recommadations

Louvre Hotels Group currently has a portfolio of 4 brands, ranging from 1 to 5 stars, with more than 1100 hotels in 47 countries.Campanile, Première Classe, Kyriad, Golden Tulip- Managed web content of Campanile, Première Classe, Kyriad and Golden Tulip websites in order to enhance the customer experience- Managed customer relationship with hotels owners and Franchise Service Manager (FSM), and helped them on their hotel websites queries and e-business strategies- Was in charge of administrative and operational management of new-entrant hotels regarding hotel websites- Worked closely with the Marketing Department (Promotionnal offers, e-newsletter, ...), and the Distribution Department- Contributed ideas and effort to the launch of brand new websites: Campanile, Kyriad and Première Classe - on Drupal- Social Media (Facebook)
