Most of my work consists of managing and carrying out projects of operational improvement, real estate CRM, EDM and ERP systems implementation, data migration, internal business process and procedures enhancement. I work with a variety of different teams to ensure that each project meets its goals and deadlines. I have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: - Develop project management plan : collect requirements, define scope, activities, resources, schedule, costs, procurements, plan quality assurance, communication and risks.- Have the project validated by the Steering Committee- Assign team needed to carry out the project;- Manage team and steer it to achieve the objectives- Manage change requirements- Monitor and control project work and quality- Ensure communication with clients and stakeholders- Manage suppliers- Manage project risks: identify them, anticipate and deal with them- Establish progress reports- Manage product delivery- Drive change through people and users- Provide trainings- Maintain or increase customer satisfaction- Provide product documentation
