Division sold to Workflow One. Worked from Dayton & Columbus with Workflow One / C&O Workflow for a year after sale.Reporting directly to the President, hired and trained 12 person graphics/development department. Designed and implemented internal job tracking, inventory management and CRM solution with features exceeding those of SalesForce.com for a fraction of the cost on FileMaker Pro and MySQL. Promoted to an expanded role including IT with a larger staff and sales now exceeding $10 MM in annual revenue for VDP alone and multiple print facilities in 4 states. Expert with both high end transactional and 1to1 variable data printing solutions.

Developed website for Marketing Asset Management (MAM) portal using both off the shelf tools and custom code. Presented RFP to Fifth Third Bank, gaining close to $2 MM in annual revenue. After evaluating PageFlex Storefront, ended up creating a custom MAM solution to meet their requirements. Joined Miami Systems Corporation after joint project.

Recruited to head up new division; reported directly to President. Managed in-house staff and outside developers. Developed PicFlow software (FileMaker/Cumulus) to support a fully automatic, 100% PDF-based workflow and job tracking system. Results featured an increased capacity and productivity of 53% while increasing reuse and reducing rework, and slashing production cycle for weekly titles by 2 full days.
