I specialise in technology, outsourcing, and cybersecurity and focus on complex digital transformation, technology and security projects. I advise on both contentious and non-contentious aspects of technology and commercial agreements, including on large complex outsourcing transactions, the acquisition and supply of critical IT and communications systems and software, white labelling agreements, IT services and development agreements, cloud computing, and software licensing. In addition, I advise on cybersecurity regulations, including NIS2 and DORA, as well as disputes arising from significant technology and outsourcing projects. Representations include both the private and public sector. I have extensive experience from large scale and complex digitalization and technology projects, including designing, drafting and (re-)negotiating both standard and bespoke agreements for the development, operation, and maintenance of complex technology-based infrastructure. I have advised on some of the most innovative and critical technology projects in Denmark, including an incumbent telecom operator on the rollout of commercial 5G (including managed services) and the Danish State Railways on their 2nd and 3rd generation outsourcing of critical IT infrastructure. I co-lead Kromann Reumert's cybersecurity practice group offering strategic advice and practical solutions to managing cyber risks to organisations and top management and complying with NIS2 and DORA. I am one of the key authors of the first, comprehensive guide on managing cyber risks for boards and management members in Denmark, published in 2019 together with the Danish Centre for Cyber Security, the Danish Industry Foundation, and the Board Leadership Society of Denmark. I am regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars on cyber security.I am effective and straightforward and keen to understand the business dimension. In 2017, I was selected as one of the 100 most talented young people in the annual "Talent 100 magazine" published by the Danish daily, Berlingske Tidende.
