Served as the merchandising leader of a packaging redesign and brand positioning initiative for Target’s second largest food brand. Guided all phases of the project, including customer research, internal category insights, artwork concepts and roll-out execution.

Managed the P&L of businesses valued at over $300M. Built collaborative relationships with global CPG vendors, resulting in exclusive and first to market product launches and innovation investments that aligned with Target’s strategy. Significantly exceeded sales and profit goals, gaining 180bps in market share in the largest category.Co-led the cross functional team that developed the Beauty Concierge Program pilot, a high profile Target initiative that offers in-store beauty consultation services.
