About Christen Ng

I am an executive leader with a track record of creating technology tools fused with analytics to fuel collective and social impact. My career sweet spot lies in building and scaling system infrastructure that supports synthesizing raw data into meaningful insights that vet strategies, focus decisions, and deliver results. However, I am keenly aware that the magic and success of the work will always have inextricable ties to the individuals who choose to bring their talents to my team day in and day out. They are the catalysts that bring an organization's mission to life. And it is my great honor and deep joy to develop each individual toward their best self while learning from them along the journey. I firmly believe that teammates are the heartbeat of social-purpose work and will always be my primary focus as the ones I must serve first to fulfill impact towards the larger mission. As such, I am an experienced activator of collaborative, fun, cross-functional teams that deliver quality results. (I intentionally put ''fun'' in there as I believe we can't be at peak performance without finding joy and levity in our collective.) Throughout my tenure in the non-profit sector, I've become highly skilled in organizational performance management, program assessment and evaluation, and outcomes measurement. Results have translated into millions of dollars in grants, local and national recognition/awards, changes in Chicago public policy, program models that have scaled and replicated, and master class workshops and presentations in sharing proven solutions. I love seeing when my work continues to live 15+ years after crafting and deploying its inception; the staying power elicits humility and pride within me. My passion has always been in service to social change organizations: workforce development, arts education public policy, medical education, gender equality and DEI&B, and K-12 education non-profits. I am adept at fusing conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation to deliver and amplify impact. Nothing excites me more than the ability to unpack opportunities and activate levers that articulate value and ROI for mission-driven organizations and package it in a way that authentically and personally resonates with key audiences.
