As a child, I dreamed of becoming a ballerina, a veterinarian, and an astronaut. While those childhood aspirations haven’t taken me to the stars (yet), I’ve discovered working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a greater good are things that make me tick.Throughout my career path, I’ve developed a deep understanding of emotional awareness and its power in communication. This skill has been invaluable in my roles in customer service, leadership, and healthcare, where I've consistently focused on creating positive, meaningful experiences for everyone I interact with. Whether it's helping someone navigate a challenge or simply making their day a little better through thoughtful banter, I’ve always strived to make each interaction count.With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry — from server to supervisor — I've honed my ability to build strong relationships, train diverse teams, and maintain a customer-first mindset. I am excited to branch out and explore opportunities in fields that align with my passions, such as human services, technology, and hospitality.Outside of work, I enjoy expressing my creativity through painting, decorating, playing guitar, and writing stories.
