I worked as a Coast Lifeguard primarily on the west coast, focusing on patrols, risk assessment, and mitigation. I then progressed to Regional Manager, with responsibility for the south and west coasts of Denmark, where I oversaw beach operations, ensured the safety of both visitors and employees, evaluated incidents, and managed stakeholder relationships. Additionally, I conducted assessments, training, and counseling for the lifeguard teams.

I worked as an instructor and course director, training approximately 200 lifeguards and 25 instructors annually.
