Worked with the Norwegian Basketball Federation in building grassroots programs to develop the domestic basketball talent and increase the popularity of basketball. Roles included:- Head Coach Women's U-18 National Team- Head Coach Men's West Regional Team- Head Coach Hop BBK- Created and developed Elite Basketball Camp, bringing NBA coaches to work with Norwegian players- Developed Easy Basket in the West Region, an introductory program for new basketball players- Developed Basketskolen, an educational basketball program implemented in school gym classesAccomplishments during this period include:- Led Hop BBK U-16 women's team to undefeated season and national championship- Led Hop BBK U-16 women to highest finish ever (at the time) for Norwegian team at Scania Cup- Led Hop BBK U-15 men's team to a surprise 2nd place finish in Norway's West Region- Grew Easy Basket participation numbers every year- Grew Basketskolen participation numbers and participating schools every year

Player/coach for Hop BBK in Norway. Accomplishments during the season include:- Led Hop BBK to 13-5 record and 2nd place finish in first year in Norway's 1st Division- 2011 Eurobasket.com Import of the Year- 2011 Eurobasket.com 1st-Team All-League- 2011 Assist Champion

Working on Will Voigt's staff as a coaching intern for the NBA D-League affiliate to the NBA's Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers. Completed the season with an offer to advance to an assistant coach position.
