About Christopher Teo
Hello! I'm a Mechanical Engineering B.S. student at CalPoly SLO, currently seeking a summer internship in Mechanical Engineering. Taking on hands-on projects that require innovative thinking and solutions have always been my hobby. CalPoly's motto, "Learn By Doing" is exactly how I grow my passion in engineering, and I intend to bring this mindset into my career.I'm currently working on multiple projects, including design and manufacturing of a lightweight cycloidal gear system to be used in a lower-limb exoskeleton, and laying wet-fiber composites for CalPoly's BAJA SAE vehicle. I also have experience in researching material engineering alongside UW's ACC lab, optimizing the fabrication of CF-PEKK recyclable composites.I enjoy expanding my array of technical skills and my creative mind for creating new solutions, and I am looking forward to utilizing these in the engineering industry.
