My assignment: Working as Agile Coach supporting VCC/ED with the agile transformation, supporting teams and Product Managers and Owners. Creating and delivering training. Delivered Basic Agile & Scrum training for whole of ED, PO training and Scrum Master courses. Are part of creating and driving Academies for different Agile roles. Also helping out with Organizational transformation aspects including SAFe.
