Norrsken Impact Accelerator is an 8 week accelerator program for the worlds most promising early stageimpact tech startups. We annually select the 20 most exciting impact startups that we invest in and invite to Stockholm. The selected 20 come out of a pool of 2 200+ applications from 120 countries each year. We match the startups with mentors ranging from unicorn founders, serial entrepreneurs, to investors and SMEs.As the program has ran for two years, my main responsibilities has been two-fold: 1) establish fund and raise capital and 2) create and automate processes and routines to be able to scale the program to 40 companies / year with sustained operational team (4 FTEs). This includes workflow optimisation, automation of processes, integration and streamlining of data flows toname a few.Specific to fund setup and fundraising my main responsibilities has been to 1) establish fund and fundmanager, structure reporting and routines connected to fund entities and 2) identify, engage and closeprospective investors that are aligned to Norrsken’s impact mission and values.

As the CFO/COO for Norrsken Foundation, my main responsibility was to ensure a high performingorganisation equipped with the right tools, people and efficient working models to deliver the goals of thefoundation. This work included entities in multiple geographies, across 6 fully owned companies as well as a number of portfolio companies.Within the CFO function I oversee the financial performance, strategy and daily operations for all of theentities in the group. In addition to overseeing the running of the business, my responsibilities includedeveloping routines and processes to be able to timely and proactively provide financial KPI’s andoperational information to our Chairman, CEO and rest of the Management team. As the COO, I oversaw our expansion projects in Rwanda and the UK from an operational setup. Thisincludes managing the building process in Rwanda (from design to construction to opening) as well asestablishing the best financing strategy, recruit local professional services firms (e.g. auditors, bookkeepers and legal advisors) as well as operationalizing the process and projects.Key outcomes involved in:- Led the groups process through annual audits and budget implementation for 2020 after only 2 months as CFO (including 6 entities in SWE plus US, UK and Rwanda).- Established and implemented routines for cash flow planning and projections, budgeting and forecasting, currency strategy for the group, business KPI management and investment of excess liquidity- Successfully led the re-negotiation process for Norrsken house in Stockholm, achieving a reduced rent,increased investment support by landlord in developing the space.- Migrated finance and accounting support to a new provider, implemented new reporting tools(time, expenses, Recruiting and engagement platform) with a net 50% cost reduction across platforms.Executed Facility Management consolidation project and implementation reducing run rate cost by 40%+

At Capco Nordics my main responsibilities included: - Responsible for all operational and financial matters pertaining to the establishment of Capco in the Nordic region. For example (but not limited to) Setup of local processes and procedures, liasing with local authorities from a corporate perspective, leading admin functions and the daily operations. - Client origination activities, more specifically regarding customer identification, commercial negotiations, project- and financial analysis and deal structures, reviews and signing- HR & Recruiting: identify, interview and contracting of target candidates (100+ interviews conducted), review of client demand and business area need aligned to headcount strategy and plan. Also responsible for annual performance process, compensation review/outcome and salary discussions. - P&L Responsibility with set growth targets, KPIs and outcomes. Responsible for managing a support team of 4 (distributed onshore & nearshore) related to all budgeting, reporting and forecasting of the Nordic business. - Leading activities relating to establishing Capco’s presence in the Nordic FinTech Community.- Marketing and external: Executive sponsor of marketing strategy and plan for Capco in Nordics, as well as business area specific marketing. As a Deal Execution Manager I am engaged directly on larger outsourcing and Consulting engagements targeted to conduct or oversee product or offering positioning, key contracting terms/conditions, deal shaping and financial structuring, including pricing strategies and/or performance-based contracting elements. Corporate Development & Transaction Services (CDTS) is part of the Global finance organisation and works primarily on Accenture's large and complex outsourcing opportunities, as well as acquisitions. We interact on a daily basis with various subject matter experts in the firm to ensure that the larger deals meet corporate guidelines and requirements in terms of commercial structure, financial metrics, US GAAP, and overall business risk. My key responsibilities and experience from CDTS are;- Co-responsible for the Nordic Transaction group (team of ca 15 individuals spread across Sweden and Norway). - Key responsibilities: Financial deal structuring, pricing and commercial modelling of large/complex transactions within all industries of the Nordic markets, including accounting and forecasting.- Responsible for ensuring deal financials are accurately represented from a US GAAP perspective and in line with Accenture’s profitability targets.- Thorough experience of presenting financial information and valuations/analysis to Senior Leadership and Executives.- Participated in more than 140 transactions and acquisitions, ranging from $1m up to +$500m.- Nordic Responsibility for two Client groups (Financials Services and Health & Public Service).- Experience from several longer projects (>4 months) in all other Nordic countries as well as Italy (6 months) and Netherlands (6 months).- Responsible for advanced/further development and training of our junior colleagues in the CDTS team in the Nordic. Ranging from basic accounting and financial analysis to structuring Joint Ventures and complex US GAAP accounting.
