Chris Jacobs is an Industrial-organisational psychologist, HR practitioner and PhD academic. His research interests feature digital technology, business process services (BPS) and its impact on organisational human capital.Chris received a Master of Industrial Psychology cum laude from the University of the Free State and a Magister Commercii cum laude, with the field of study in Leadership in Performance and Change, from the University of Johannesburg. He developed and empirically evaluated a human capital predictive model for employee performance in business process services for his doctorate, awarded by the University of Johannesburg.Currently, Chris facilitates human capital services in a public institution and lectures part time in strategy. Previously, Chris provided human capital services for Kelly Staffing in business process services.
