With over 12 years of work experience in learning and development, onboarding, and implementation, I am passionate about empowering staff with the skills and resources they need to thrive in their roles. As the current Onboarding Program Manager at Planned Parenthood of Illinois, I support the recruitment, orientation, and retention of over 500 employees across 18 health centers, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards throughout the state. I also design and deliver engaging and effective presentations and trainings on various topics, such as diversity and inclusion, medical service procedures, sexual and reproductive health, and leadership development. Previously, I was a Learning and Development Coordinator at OLIVER Agency, where I coordinated and facilitated the learning programs and initiatives for over 500 staff and clients, including onboarding, performance management, and career development. Before that, I was a Senior Implementation Specialist at Critical Mass, where I managed the implementation and launch of multiple digital projects for global brands, such as AT&T, Chase, Nissan, Apple, and Rolex.
