• Conducts new employee orientations • Performs data entry and corrections to payroll • Responsible for creating and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports• Keys admission paperwork for new residents as well as discharges• Accounts Receivable – Manages all cost of care payments for residents• Creates monthly invoices for Cost of Care• Make and manage deposits/data entry• Manages resident personal account balances• Accounts Payable – responsible for paying resident personal billing as well as vendor services• Works with Medicaid, Social Security, & Families to ensure payment• Implements Policies and Procedures to provide a safe environment for our residents and employees

•Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.•Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.•Forecasts, plans, and creates scheduling for store team (145+ team members)•Performs data entry, distribution, and corrections to payroll processes •Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.•Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.•Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.•Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.•Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.•Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.•Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.•Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
