About Christi Long

I have 12 years experience in the fitness industry. I teach Les Mills classes including Core, Bodypump, Bodycombat and Bodyflow. I have also taught freestyle core classes. At my previous gym, Onelife Fitness in Atlanta, I was the lead of the HIIT program for that location, as well as a personal trainer on the committee writing the weekly workouts for our HIIT classes called Zone4, for 4 years. I’m currently Group Fitness Manager for two Club4 locations in Birmingham, AL for the last year. I am AFAA certified in personal training and have a Nutrition certification from NASM.
