Interpret CAMS planning data and sequence routes and dispatch drivers andequipment to ensure contractual compliance and on-time deliveries to stores.Respond to driver calls.Respond to store calls concerning missing pallets, delivery times, and delayedLoads. Responsible for routing and dispatching all orders to ensure timely delivery tocompany customers.Receive heat numbers from warehouse to confirm the correct material has beenpulled to load on trucks for deliveries and will call customers. Print MTR’s andattach to BOL’sAssist with shipping and receiving, which consists of scheduling and receivinginbound mill trucks and will call customers. Receiving material in the systemonce mill paperwork is returned from the warehouse.Prepare company deposits to take the bank. Once the deposit is made get allpaperwork and deposit paperwork to the corporate office.Work closely with sales to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsible for improving level of customer service through skillful management of the utilization of Field Service TE's within a Service District through employee direction, logical deployment of resources and direct communication with customers and Field Service TE's.Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.Support financial strategies through shared impact goals with the Service Districts for overtime, admin time, first visit resolution, call closure, and retrofit completion.Recognize and resolve resource availability situation with the local market Service Manager.Daily, weekly and monthly tracking and analysis to help monitor service performance within the districts using various software packages. Proactively alert Service Manager’s to highly serviced instruments, repeat events, and potential customer issues.Work with local Service Manager to ensure PM's and TSB's are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

Find acceptable loads for drivers to haul.Upon finding the load, responsible for negotiating the rate and getting a signed contract.Inputting found loads into the system and dispatching to the driver.Assisting drivers with any other needs or concerns that arise.

Receive Ericsson equipment and update movement within Ericsson and A-1 Freeman cross dock systems.Work with customers and accounts via telephone and in person regarding their freight and audits.Heavy customer service with drivers and customers regarding deliveries of all accounts within the business.Block, plan, and dispatch local, interstate and intrastate drivers.Work with drivers to provide all information needed to complete daily pick ups and deliveries.

Provide warehouse with manifests of product to pull for store deliveries.Provide drivers with manifests and paperwork for store deliveries.Responsible for receiving and inputting store orders for delivery.Assist in shipping and receiving for product being received into the warehouse.

Block, plan and dispatch local, interstate and intrastate drivers.Provide customer service regarding deliveries of various types of freight.Work with drivers to provided all information needed to complete pick ups and deliveries.
