Some of my Duties and responsibilities include: Participates in the development and implementation of property-wide safety programs and other OSHA safety compliance programs.Advises the company community regarding safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all employees as well as regulatory compliance as mandated by local, state, and federal agencies, including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).Performs analyses and recommends procedures to the automotive community.Participates in the development and implementation of department safety work order tracking and reporting.Conducts routine and follow-up health, safety and hazard inspections of plant facilities.Responds to emergency situations involving hazardous materials, work related incidents, or unkown hazards; prepares reports of findings and submits recommendations.Analyzes accident and incident reports for trends; makes recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions.Leads and/or guides the work of lower level safety technicians and production employees.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization.
