Responsible for the operation, development and profitability of the central and northeast Connecticut divisions of the ABI Program. Hired, trained and supervised direct line staff members working one on one with brain injury survivors in their homes. Responsible for scheduling, crisis intervention, completing necessary state reports, monthly billing, record keeping and employee time cards. Represented agency on IDT, followed the person centered planning philosophy to assist survivors in their recovery and provided the appropriate support needed by individuals to live and work in the community. Acted as a conduit between clinical team leaders, family members and direct line staff to ensure understanding and proper implementation of individual service and behavior plans. Administered Allied Community Resources trainings on brain injury for prospective and active ABI Waiver service providers on agency’s behalf.Facilitated and coordinated Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut support group.Served as agency privacy officer.
