Recruited as one of 11 representatives to assess individual chapter development at 152 universities across North America while also leading development strategies for an under performing chapter at Michigan State University and serving as the main liaison for a developing chapter at University of Oklahoma.· Traveled over 45,000 miles to work with University Officials and individual members on 28 campuses developing strategic partnerships with over 1,000 university administrators, advisory boards and collegians through in-person meetings· Completed 45 chapter analysis reports through assessment of campus trends and individual chapter strengths and weaknesses to develop detailed action plans and forecast future performance· Collaborated with specialist teams through daily e-mail correspondence and weekly strategy calls resulting in improved competitive standing of 5 underperforming chapters by an average of 20%· Implemented strategic recruitment plans resulting in a 38% performance increase· Facilitated training workshops for 1,000+ students on topics of recruitment, operations, and leadership development· Maintained databases of more than 5,000 applicants
