• Led the strategic and tactical business improvement works required to rapidly consolidate and scale all of the global infrastructure, support of the many companies that made up QPP• Responded to strategic growth plan (2 years rapid expansion via acquisition) including 500% growth within the regulated legal sector (Quindell Legal Services) by onboarding acquired businesses across 15 new office locations onto centralised technology suite and retirement of legacy systems. • Delivered consolidation of 5 regional IT support teams, created a single global network, deployed a global telephony platform across contact centres in the UK, Canada and Malta.
