I am a Custom Software Engineering Manager at Accenture. In this role I analyze, design, implement and test Web applications and integration software for Accenture and our clients.Before joining Accenture, I worked as a Principal Application Developer for the IT Software Development department at L3Harris Technologies. In this role I lead department-wide efforts to improve our applications and software development process. I also serve as architect and lead developer for line-of-business applications and enterprise application integration software to support the company's internal operations. I am currently working on a multi-year project to develop an enterprise proposal material pricing application.I have extensive experience as software architect for enterprise-grade solutions and application integration middleware. This experience includes both defining the architecture and working on its implementation. I have successfully applied architecture patterns to develop plug-in frameworks, event-driven applications, SOA-based solutions, microservices, and n-tier applications.Over the course of my career I have focused on leveraging my foundation in computer science and software engineering best practices to deliver high quality solutions. I am often called upon to solve very challenging problems - whether the task at hand involves capturing and analyzing network packets to diagnose connectivity issues, or reverse-engineering a security threat that has evaded pattern-based malware detection. By leveraging my strong background in computer science, knowledge of the tools to use and analytical skills, I am able to succeed where others have failed.I have a M.S. in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I am a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Developer (CSD).
