Job Description: Generally responsible for the proper warehousing and inventory control of raw materials, equipment (ACU’s), traded products, factory supplies, and spare parts. Ensure the maximum utilization of warehouse facilities and also coordinate with Purchasing and Sales for proper receiving, transfer and dispatch of purchase materials and equipment to client, fabrication area, and project sites. Assist and support Operation, Accounting, Logistics, and Services.Duties and Responsibilities:• Ensure effective utilization of warehouse area and observe proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of goods/materials to prevent product damage and to avoid occurrence of pilferage, accident and occupational hazard.• Effectively monitor flow of materials and schedule of delivery according to the needs of Project sites.• Coordinate with the purchasing department with regards to the incoming deliveries material, supplies and equipment to client.• Coordinate with the purchasing and sales department with regards to transfer and dispatch of installation for project site and equipment to client.• Maintain the highest standard of customer service by immediately attending and resolving customer/project issues on material preparation before the dispatch.• Coordinate with operation and purchasing department in maintaining minimum and maximum level of installation materials and consumables in warehouse based on fast moving and repetitive project.• Conduct periodical cycle count as per established guidelines and schedul

• Allocate and maintain truck assigbment by coordinating with production managers to calculate number of trucks necessary to haul tha ash from each plant.• Utilize hauling subcontructor such as Peaksun and MMG when required.• Monitor truck movements and locations.• Receive and coordinate orders and create delivery plan.• Dispatch trucks efficiently to serve cuatomer requirements.• Maintains drivers queue for driving assignment.• Prepare necessary reports including time sheet, etc.• Issue drivers allowances and review trip report for accuracy and completeness.• Conduct random truck pre-departure checklist and address discrepancy.• Plan drivers rest days to ensure operational efficiency.• Monitor and manage diesel inventory and deliveries.• Manage petty cash for operational expenses.• Operate truck scale.• Maintain, monitor, replenish and issue fuel vehicles.• Maintain ISO documentations, policies and procedures.• Other activities as determined by operational manager and or assistant operational manager.

• 100% compliance & 99.8% accuracy for monthly warehouse cycle count Compliance monthly reconciliation of BAAN inventory and Warehouse actual inventory 99.8% accuracy • Generate & Review stocks report • Categorize in aging 30, 60 ,90 & 120 days above. • Co-ordinate with C.S. to consolidate shipment from suppliers. • Annual Stock take. • To ensure all items are kept in proper, records, storage places and clearly indicated for easy traceability. • To segregate the accepted goods from RTV, Rejected goods in Store • To ensure that the stocks are secured at all times. • To maintain the stocks at its optimum accuracy. • Goods Receiving and Inspection. • Check Sales Orders by Delivery dates.-Goods Receiving and Inspection. • Provide logistic support to Sales team.-• Filing of documents eg: D.O.GRN, etc-Co-ordinate with C.S. on delivery issues & actions to be taken. • Raise Non -Conforming Report for Short Shipment Discrepancies-Raise • RTV Forms and follow through-• Liaise with Sales Support when are any “Outbound Shortages” and highlight to Sales Dept for action. • Send list of excess inventory to overseas offices for disposal

• 100% Compliance on all deliveries • Constantly explore low cost forwarding & logistic company to handle our services required • Co-ordinate with forwarders for air & sea freight bookings & arrangement • Console shipment • Regulate/use sea or air shipment whenever possible, that is cost effective. • Review monthly freight report & make proposal for cost savings. Constant study of cost component of freight, warehouse, packing & handling • Arrange shipment from Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan, including the shipment of the overseas office (India) • Documentation 1. • To conduct DMS to plan and strategize game plan in fulfilling the team’s target. • Ensures completion and closure of on-going and pending issues on the daily game plan. • Leads and monitors performances of his team personnel as follows: • Dock Support • Shipment Counter Balance Operators Dock Checker • Shipment Reach Truck Operators thru RT Team Leaders Casepick Personnel • Replenisher • Conduct walkthrough at a regular interval during the shift.• Communicate with the supervisors regarding concerns/issues that will affect the effective performance of the team. (Properly Documented) • Be able to come up with initial cause analysis in the whole shipment operation including dock management & deployment of corrective action plans to specific functions. • Manages the assignment of trucks in the dock doors. • Make sure that the invoices are regenerated and distributed to the truckers representative. • Coordinate to the team planning & warehousing supervisors to resolve

• Assist in the administration and implementation of Health, Safety, Environment Program. • Performs monitoring, verification and reporting of quality related issues and concerns and as noted in the functional responsibilities in their respective modules • Performs monitoring, verification of forklift safety features and reporting of any equipment related issues and concerns. • Attend daily meeting with the Procter & Gamble personnel regarding the issues/concern of the whole warehouse
