As a Land Surveying practicum assistant at Universitas Brawijaya's Laboratorium Teknik Sumber Daya Air dan Lingkungan, I taught and coordinated activities from March to May 2023. My responsibilities included: Delivering comprehensive lectures on land surveying, covering concepts, theodolite workings, and total station operations. Teaching calculation methods for land surveying using theodolites, emphasizing measurement accuracy and precision. Instructing students on the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for surveying and spatial data analysis. Conducting hands-on training for theodolite and total station operations. Collaborating with fellow practicum assistants and lab staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.This experience enhanced my teaching skills, technical proficiency in land surveying, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

During my internship at PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk - Pabrik Tuban, a Portland cement manufacturing company, I gained valuable experience and contributed to the company's environmental management efforts. I had the opportunity to: Learn about Hazardous Waste Management practices, including identifying types of waste, quantifying waste production, and understanding waste management strategies. Analyze environmental management data, specifically focusing on the quarterly Environmental Management Plan (Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan) and Environmental Monitoring Plan (Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan). Study the company's reports on hazardous waste management, hazardous waste usage, and environmental monitoring reports and certificates. Gain insight into the Portland cement manufacturing processes utilized by the company through field observations. Contribute to the gemba program, participating in scheduled cleanups of the plant production facilities alongside employees and other student interns.This internship allowed me to apply my environmental engineering knowledge in a real-world setting and deepen my understanding of practical environmental management practices within the cement manufacturing industry. I developed valuable skills in hazardous waste management, data analysis, and environmental monitoring. It reinforced my commitment to promoting sustainability and equipped me with the experience needed to contribute meaningfully to environmental initiatives in the future.

IMLI "Reformental" Bulletin is part of IMTLI's Department of Communication and Information annual agenda of publishing a trendy and light-read material in order to introduce the organization's current cabinet and raise awareness regarding the latest environmental issues to the societyI was honored to be entrusted as the Project Lead of the "Reformental" Bulletin agenda leading a 8-person team. I managed and supervised both the redaction, layout and design by providing comments and feedback during a weekly report session. I also consulted with the head of the department to reduce the risk of a misunderstanding and establish a better communication and transparency with the rest of the department.

During my role as a practicum assistant at the Laboratorium Daya dan Mesin Pertanian of Agricultural Technology Faculty in Universitas Brawijaya, I had the opportunity to contribute to the education and skill development of undergraduate students. From September to December 2022, my responsibilities included: Coordinating a class and leading a team of two fellow assistants, ensuring effective collaboration and smooth operations. Teaching the fundamentals of Engineering Drawing to undergraduate students, providing them with a solid foundation in this essential subject. Mentoring and guiding students on the operation and mastery of AutoCAD, a widely used software in the field of engineering.As a practicum assistant, I played a crucial role in facilitating the learning process, promoting student engagement, and fostering their technical skills. Through my leadership and teaching abilities, I successfully contributed to the academic growth and development of the students under my supervision. This experience enhanced my communication, organization, and mentoring skills, preparing me for future opportunities in academia and further strengthening my passion for education in the field of environmental engineering.

During my tenure as a practicum assistant of Climatology in the Laboratorium Teknik Sumber Daya Air dan Lingkungan of the Agricultural Technology Faculty at Universitas Brawijaya, I had the opportunity to contribute to the education and practical training of students. From February to June 2022, my responsibilities included: Delivering lectures on various aspects of climatology, covering topics such as soil temperature and moisture, humidity, air pressure, and evaporation. Through engaging and informative presentations, I aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of these fundamental concepts. Collaborating closely with fellow practicum and lab assistants to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of practical activities. This involved designing and setting up experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and providing guidance to students during their hands-on learning experiences.As a practicum assistant, I played a vital role in facilitating the learning process and practical application of climatology principles. Through my teaching and coordination efforts, I aimed to instill a strong foundation of knowledge in students and enhance their skills in data collection and analysis. This experience further developed my communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities, equipping me with valuable skills for future endeavors in the field of environmental engineering.

KMTL Social Project is a community service and development event held in 41 provinces in Indonesia by the environmental students of Universitas Brawijaya in the hope of helping to fulfill the shortage of green open space and provide solutions to SDG-related problems.
