I am a loyal and dedicated leader, quick learner and reader who is highly organized, patient, and task oriented. I specialize in academic research through conducting structured and semi-structured interviews for both qualitative and quantitative research, including managing large national and international research teams composed of personnel ranging from Professors and PhD students to undergraduate research assistants in data collection, transcription, analysis, and knowledge dissemination utilizing a variety of media. As such I have written, edited, and published numerous research papers, book chapters, reports, and academic journal articles, have presented results at academic conferences, as well as engaging in outreach to private and public partners such as governmental policy and granting agencies, community organizations, private businesses, and corporate partners. In this capacity I have also gained experience with financial management, budget planning, annual reporting, creating and managing project websites, engaging in social media outreach, as well as arranging travel and accommodations to national and international conferences.
